Those who are Certified Bioenergetic Practitioners, and pay an annual subscription fee ($150) to FSBA, are eligible to be listed on our Subscribed Practitioners page. By following the steps on this page we can accept your information and add you to our list of active practitioners.
To begin the process of becoming a Subscribed Pratitioner, please click on the button below. This will open a new tab, where we can accept your payment. After checkout, you’ll be provided with a password to use in Step Two.
Once you have submitted your payment, you’ll receive a PDF which contains a password. This password will allow you to access the form we use to accept your information and profile photo. Click the button below to go to the form.
Once you have filled out and submitted the form in Step Two, it may take our team up to seven (7) days to complete and upload your profile.
Once your profile is online, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to view it. Please contact us within fourteen (14) days if you have any changes or corrections.
