About this Workshop

Alexander Lowen’s Bioenergetics offers a powerful means for:

…[P]eople to regain their primary nature, which is the condition of being free, the state of being graceful and the quality of being beautiful. Freedom, grace, and beauty are the natural attributes of every animal organism. Freedom is the absence of inner restraint to the flow of feeling, grace is the expression of this flow in movement, while beauty is a manifestation of the inner harmony such a flow engenders.” Freedom, grace, and beauty “denote a healthy body and therefore, a healthy mind.*

You are invited to join us at this workshop to deepen your felt sense of self and trust in yourself and others, enhance your ability to stand in your power, grow your self-love and freedom to express yourself, and help clarify what you want through connecting with your true self.

Participants will learn and hone important skills of feeling your core or felt sense of self, grounding, boundaries, and clearing. Come connect, share, have fun, and be inspired to “feel fully, breathe deeply and move freely.”

* A. Lowen, Honoring the Body

SAFETY POLICY: At this trying time, we must limit to attendees who show a negative Covid test 2-3 days before the event, and also test negative upon arriving to the event.

Workshop Location
and Accommodations

The workshop will be held at a newly and fully renovated “barn” on beautiful land in rural Alachua County. Because we strongly encourage out-of-town participants to stay on site to enjoy the community of the group and the peacefulness of the land, we are offering four bedrooms upstairs at the “barn” for rent at $35/night per person for dual occupancy (total $70 for Friday and Saturday).

In the event that these bedrooms are filled, alternate “cottage” accommodations are available, approximately an 8 minute drive away.
