diane_gobrogge-238x238About the Leader: Diane Gobrogge is a licensed Acupuncturist, Level II TRE and Bioenergetic Practitioner. She received her Master’s degree in Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College in 1994 and has owned and operated her private practice in Wilmington, North Carolina since 1995. Diane began studying bioenergetics over 25 years ago with its founder, Dr. Alexander Lowen. During that time she also started working closely with international trainer Dr. Frank Hladky, who became her long-time teacher and mentor for more than 20 years. She completed the 5 year professional training program with Dr. Hladky and Anna Miller in 2002.

Diane bridges the philosophy and body based techniques of Chinese Medicine, Bioenergetics and Energy Modalities facilitating Personal Growth, Vitality and Well Being. She leads workshops in various locations including North Carolina, Costa Rica and South America.

About the Workshop: This Integrative Bioenergetic workshop is being offered primarily to the graduates and trainees of FSBA. It will provide the opportunity to explore deep personal work, share ideas and bioenergetic experiences and also reconnect with dear friends and colleagues.

During our busy schedules in life and work it can become difficult to take the necessary space and time for our own health and well-being. Not only is it important for your own personal health but also for the health and function of your practice and/or other endeavors in the world.

  • How are you releasing stress and tension patterns in your body?
  • Are you recharging and supporting your organism?
  • What is the quality and connection of your energy with clients?
  • Have you continued your own personal work since graduation?
  • Do you often feel yourself stuck in blame and judgement?

These are some of the questions and themes we will explore during the workshop.

Alachua is a special place where we can continue to release the old story, thoughts and patterns that inhibit our connection and personal evolution.  With the group support and the pure energy of nature we also have the opportunity and environment to take in, re-charge and increase our aliveness.  The benefits of disconnecting from the fast paced cyber world may surprise you.  You may remember and again connect to your own true nature and original design.

Individual sessions will take place in addition to morning exercise and group process. There will also be time during the weekend to explore questions regarding the bioenergetic process, Eastern Healing Modalities and personal health.
