Donna Carle, LCSW
Donna Carle combines Bioenergetic Psychotherapy (Mind/Body Therapy) with Eastern philosophy and Martial Arts Techniques. The focus is releasing unconscious, suppressed past impressions that keep us bound and lost. She uses movement, breath, and postures with awareness while releasing emotional/psychological defenses. This treatment modality assists with conscious awareness of our authentic self while experiencing full expression in love and in life.
Susan Cliett, LMHC
Susan Cliett's style of bioenergetic analysis is to use exercises and techniques to facilitate and deepen an individual's experience of selfhood. The process also includes exploring one's life story with the intent of energetically and cognitively moving through the stuck points that interfere with living more fully in one's social reality. She has a particular love for integrating Self Psychology, Jungian Analysis, and Bioenergetics.

Jacksonville/Jacksonville Beach
Barbara James, MA, LMFT, LMHC, CBT
Barbara James works with adults, couples and groups, combining Bioenergetic Analysis and the Jungian Individuation Process. This combination enables the recovery of unlived life and vitality that has been trapped within the psyche and the body of the person. Dreams, synchronicity, emotional and physical symptoms are used as guides to unpack the hidden wisdom within the person's soul and body -- bringing the unconscious into consciousness. Recovering the vitality from the True Self at the expense of the Adapted (false) Self is Barbara's commitment to the therapeutic process with her clients.
Unless a relationship is CONSCIOUS, it is not a relationship...it is something else...but it is NOT a relationship. An UNCONSCIOUS relationship is when we unconsciously repeat and play roles from the past and live our LIFE on cruise control without BEING PRESENT in the EXPERIENCE of CONNECTING with the other.
True INTIMACY between individuals is possible when we are able to remove our projections from the other person and BE PRESENT in the EXPERIENCE of another person without losing our individuality. This experience of CONSCIOUS RELATING requires two individuals who are able to honor and respect the differences in the other person and can benefit and be nurtured by these differences without being personally diminished or threatened.
Barbara V. Pepper, Ph.D., LMHC
I specialize in working with life transitions, women, adolescents and couples. The patients who come to me wish to experience freedom of energy and of movement physically and metaphorically, and deeper and grounded experiencing of life's joys and intimacy.
