In a Bioenergetic workshop we assess a person’s vitality by determining the movement and look of the body, the nature of the holding patterns and the capacity to express loving feelings. This workshop will utilize creative energetic bodywork, opening energy and working through psychological issues to explore new ways of living.
Workshops are designed around the needs and intentions of participants and are extremely dynamic. For newcomers, this is a great way to introduce yourself to the experience of Bioenergetics. For those who are doing individual work, group work is the next step toward reaching your therapeutic goals. |

Focusing With Bioenergetic Eyes with John Yong, JD and Robert Glazer, PhD
This experiential and didactic workshop will emphasize learning the steps of doing strong Bioenergetic therapy and Bioenergetic body work. We will begin by training how to focus with Bioenergetic eyes- reading the body, energy mobilization, holding patterns, and the Bioenergetic therapy process. The leaders are John Yong, who brings over 25 years of Bioenergetic experience and a unique gift of integrating and involving group members in Bioenergetic therapy sessions, and Robert Glazer, Licensed Psychologist, and Director of the Florida Society of Bioenergetic Analysis and editor of Honoring the Body: The Autobiography of Alexander Lowen, M.D.
The workshop includes overnight accommodation at the center. The workshop begins at 10 am on Friday and ends at 1:00 pm on Sunday. The fee for the workshop is $375. The workshop provides 17 Continuing Education Units for Psychologists (#PCE22), Mental Health Counselors, Clinical Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists (#BAP195) and Nurses (#NCE3475). 17 CEU's will be provided.
